what do you think of super green food powders?
I am thinking of buying some but would like some input, I find it hard to get enough of my amount of greens and am considering buying some super food greens powder.

Exercise break down
so, I do 30 minutes of walking, then later in the day I do 30 minutes of trampolinging. In October, I will buy me a gym pass and Start going to the gym, I will be biking there, that will be 10 minutes, and I am getting some 30 minute cardio fitness dvd's. I do weight lifting 3 days a week. My question is am I doing too…

Bad cravings
I have had a lot of water tonight, hit my protein, had a sweet treat, my hands have been busy crocheting but I am really really having bad cravings tonight HELP!!!

Hand weights
dumb bells, whatever you want to call them. I want to add them to my trampoline exercises. I jump in place or jog in place for 20 to 30 minutes I want to add 5lb weights to my routine how would add this to my daily exercise log? or just using them pumping them as separate weights alone from the trampoline??

Really it is just a rant, a whine, a whimper, my roommates are the opposite of supportive, they actually make fun of me. I weigh 276 pounds and they do nothing but make fun of my food and my exercise and say things like yeah, I could stick my finger down my throat too and make myself throw up and lose 3 pounds a week too.…

What would you do?
Ok I had a decent breakfast, but had a nap and slept late and missed lunch which put me into dinnertime now I am deficient in calories for the day. Should I: makeup for the calories or skip an exercise ideas welcome. I will be under 1200 calories for the day way under :(

How does one that is counting calories and living on a different lifestyle go about fighting the cravings of a other roomie's delicious smelling-oh-so-bad-for-you meals. HELP! had all my calories but....
I have had all my calories, but i am craving a pink grapefruit. This would set me over my calories. Do I splurge or drink some water and crochet and fight the urge? Much needed support here. Thanks :)
