woot woot, how is everyone, i have missed a couple days. i have been workin days this week but tomorrow will be my last day so i will be back on track. till then my goals are drink more water, do my 21 fix, walk walk walk!

I eat dark chocolate. the darker the better, I like it unsweetened evened, chocolate contains proteins and isn't bad for you until you add all the bad stuff to it!! follow the others and eat it but be smart about it and add honey or stevia to cocoa powder and enjoy it with some nut butter or peanut butter :smiley:

oh jeez I am so confused what and where we are with the forums now, I just now found this, anyway, my goal for tomorrow is 21 day fix, 1 mile walk to the gym, 1 mile on the treadmill, 4 minutes on the elliptical, the circuit, 1 mile walk home, then I just added another 45 minute program to my week 3 days a week, by the way…

I reduced my calories because this is the second week I feel I haven't lost even though I am doing nothing different and I am eating under my net calories. so I am going to eat my calories and put in extra time on the trampoline.

why not just make your own. it is so easy and so much healthier. and you make and freeze them.

oh yes do Planks most definitely and squats, you won't be sorry, they are most fantastic forms of weight training. Also if you have cans of soup you could use those for hand weights.

My goals today are to get back on track with exercise. do 3 planks for 15 seconds, Jump on trampoline for 20 minutes solid No STOPPING!

I quit sugar, it is not so bad. I use coconut sugar in place, i know a calorie is a calorie, but I just changed my whole eating style and my cravings have all but ceased. It hasn't been so bad.

Drink extra fluids, I got to kick this cold. try to do more planks, work on my self confidence, I CAN DO THIS!
