  • I usually mix it with a 1/2 scoop of protein and almond milk. For protein I'm currently using Cellucor chocolate chip cookie dough. SO GOOD!

  • I have a box of their bars right now and mine say 180. But I have no idea if they were actually changed or not.
  • I normally just cook a bunch of chicken breast, salmon, green beans, broccoli, sweet potato and asparagas on the weekend. store them in tupperware and then just prepare my dish that day. It's really simple and you'll feel accomplished :)
  • The only thing about some whey depending on what is in it is that sometimes it's slower digesting. I just recently changed to Promosil and I love it compared to the 100% whey I was using. I usually have one in the morning and then another after a work out and I've been losing weight and building muscle.
  • Ive also noticed on mine it would back track. If I'm at the gym it'll say I exceeded my 30 active minutes. Then I move machine and look back and it's at 10. Sometimes you have to actually look at the log to see that it registered all that time as active.

  • I just bought some of the water enhancers. I used those for like 3 days and just kept using less and less. Now all I drink is water. For me, it was more about my mind set. I couldn't just throw myself into a healthy lifestyle. One day, I woke up and I was done.
