I add 1 tbsp. of Smucker's low sugar strawberry flavor which is 25 calories and it taste real good. It's also good in low-fat cottage cheese.0

Totally agree with anyone suggesting unsweetened natural peanut butter. I have 70ml of unsweetened greek yogurt and a teaspoon of smooth peanut butter and mix...ends up like a creamy mousse...and also is the only way I eat peanut butter as I actually cannot stand the stuff (smell, taste, nothing) otherwise.0

I need to eat high protein, so I mix in some vanilla, about 1 tbsp plain cocoa, a splenda or stevia packet, and a scoop of soy protein (I can't do whey). Mix it really well and it tastes like chocolate mousse and it's high in protein. 1 cup is 290 calories but has 42 grams of protein. It's a good breakfast or lunch for me and it keeps me from getting hungry.0

My neighbor gave me some homemade strawberry rhubarb jam. I take that and some fresh strawberries (no sugar added-just sliced) and stir it all together. Amazing. Tastes like pie.0

I have a cup of plain greek yogurt with one scoop of Myofusion Elite Chocolate protein powder. It's like chocolate mousse...and it's my breakfast!:bigsmile:0

Sugar free fruit preserves, particularly raspberry and strawberry, then I add in a tsp of splenda or truvia, whatever I have on hand.
I also tried making homemade ranch dressing with non-fat Greek yogurt and it tasted amazing, better than using sour cream. I honestly think you can add just about anything to it to add some flavor, sweet or savory.0 -
Try adding spices, maybe some harissa, paprika, hummus, turn it into Middle Eastern fare. Use as a veggie dip.0

Add honey and berries. Yum0

I usually mix it with a 1/2 scoop of protein and almond milk. For protein I'm currently using Cellucor chocolate chip cookie dough. SO GOOD!0
