I actually use the 2 percent but I mix in one serving with two servings of steel cut oats and thats how I eat my oatmeal.0

I just made a recipe for a chipolte cream to go on roasted veggies, but I used it on a chicken sandwich too.
1 cup plain greek yogurt, 1-2 chipolte peppers finely diced, some of the adobo sauce, squeezed half a lime juice and a tablespoon of honey. yummy0 -
I buy it for the purpose of replacing sour cream - if I want a flavoured greek yogurt I buy those - but you could add some fruit and toasted slivered almonds to it.0

I add it to a can of chickpeas, tahini, garlic and lemon juice...whizz it all together and it's a really tasty low fat hummus!0

I'm in love with this thread!
I eat Fage 2% almost every morning. I chop up a small apple or a banana and then mix in the Peanut Butter cereal crunchies that Kind makes. Sooooo good.
I am adding some of the ideas on this list to my grocery shopping!
Also.. Bacon... LOL!0 -
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tbs sugar free instant pudding mix (flavor of your choice....I like banana cream, chocolate and cheesecake)
2 tbs milk (I use soy milk...but any kind you have works well)
whisk/stir all ingredients together and you have a great, protein packed pudding. (and it is quick and easy to throw together when you are having a late night snack attack)
Sometimes I will put a little whipped cream on it as well....yum0 -

I have a chocolate banana smoothie with it every day for lunch! 200 cals.
1 banana
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1 spoonful of hersheys cocoa powder (dark chocolate is my favorite)
splash of toroni chocolate syrup (sugar free; can get it at world market or online)
10 ice cubes
Blend.

Saratoga Olive oil has this wonderful cranberry pear balsamic vinegar that goes really well with plain yogurt. Check them out. They have a ton of infused oils and vinegars. Best thing about the vinegar, practically zero cals0

Agave nectar. Try to avoid artificial sweeteners if you can. A little Stevia is ok though.0

Thank you all for the great ideas0 -
I warm 1/2 c. fat free refried beans and stir in 1/2 c. plain non-fat Chobani Greek yogurt and 2 tbsp. medium salsa into it. The inspiration for this concoction came from an unhealthy dip.0

throw it out and buy vanilla
eat with fresh fruit. berries, pineapple, grapes . . .
This ^, but if you want to use it, I also make ranch dressing or put it in my overnight oatmeal and smoothies0 -
I substitute it in recipes using mayo. 1/2 light mayo and 1/2 yogurt. I've made chicken salad, deviled eggs, seven layer salad, - all came out fantastic!0
-
honey and cinnamon... great for dipping strawberries in.0

Honey, ground flax, nuts, berries. Most of all, just keep eating it and you'll find that you get so used to it that you will never want other yogurts again!0

thanks to everyone for the great ideas! i'll have to try out some!
i throw in a cup of blueberries and grapes, then a tablespoon of cocoa powder (no sugar, just for flavouring)... sooo yummy!
if i need more protein and / or flax, i add some of that, too.
put everything together in my magic bullet and that's my after-workout shake or afternoon snack.0 -
saving for later. great ideas!!0

I add fresh fruit on the bottom and 1/4 cup Special K cereal on top. Taste, wonderful, this is my morning snack every day.0

Fresh fruit
Honey
Flax or chia seeds0 -
I like it best plain - not a fan of very sweet yogurt. I find that it's less tart/sour when it's at room temperature as opposed to cold from the refrigerator. I'll even microwave it for 20 seconds or so so it's not cold.0

Pineapple with greek yogurt is awsome. Or u can use pretty much any other berry, melon or fruits in general.0
-
Stick a baked potato under it, with chopped green onion, S&P, and maybe drizzle a bit of steak juices over top... Way better than sour crème.0
-
Mix in cinnamon and dip apple slices in it. Yum.0
-
You swap it out for full fat and add some fruit or honey.0
-
I mix in a little Sweet leaf vanilla stevia and frozen cherries. It semi-freezes it so it feels like dessert!0
