Don't do it! My mom ordered it for herself and the food is ok but then it starts getting bad and there's a weird taste to it. You WILL lose weight but once you come off of it (which you will because the food is nasty) there's a Hugh chance that you'll gain it back. Works short term but nor so much a lifestyle kind of thing

In the same boat as you. Even though I don't see a difference in the mirror I logically reason it out by buying and fitting into clothes that are smaller. I don't know if this feeling and way of perceiving ourselves ever goes away. By the way, you look stunning in the third picture.

Do cheat snacks like me everyday! Makes it easier to not have cheat meals so you're actually kind of doing yourself a favor. Jut don't go overboard with the snack

I don't like to weigh myself because I hate obsessing over the number. I just go by how clothes fit. I think it has definitely been a good thing for me because sometimes you lose inches rather than weight and that's all we really want, right? I mean I've hit a certain point where I just can't seem to lose any more weight…

I can't do it because I always feel exhausted and nauseous. It's definitely do-able and I applaud people who do it because it gets your workout of the way for the rest of the day. So if you can do it without getting sick, go for it.

I don't ask them. I think that would be a little weird haha. But they do notice that I'm visibly upset sometimes so they'll say something along the lines of, "don't worry. You're over thinking it." It just sucks. Also @aviva, I know they like me for my personality.

I need more friends on this site so I'm down. I'm 5'7'' and I weigh 155 pounds right now. Trying to get down to 135. It will probably take a while but I'm trying to make a lifestyle change so I'm telling myself that it's fine that I haven't lost weight in weeks. Add me if you'd like :)
