I started a week and a half ago. I only lost 1.5 lb s my first week but 4 inches!! I'm having a really tough time with cheating. I do a great job with my shakes through the day but supper is when I tend to make unhealthy choices. I really need some good meal ideas!

Thanks guys! You've all given me a lot of great information. I have one session today to see how it feels. I asked a lot of questions and he is a certified personal trainer, so that makes me feel good! My goals- to lose weight (obvi) and to tone up. I know how generic haha. This is what we do with our extremely picky toddler. You can hide anything if you puree it enough ;) Smoothies with veg are also a great idea! We love smoothies in our house. I've never been a veggie lover myself, but I force myself to try new things. Buy what is fresh, in season and local- it's usually much cheaper when…
