  • I have Wii, but also have Xbox Kinects and use that more often, though there are some really fun exercises on Wii that I will still do like hula hoop, and the balancing games.

  • I have been eating MaraNatha almond butter, but it contains palm oil, unrefined sugar cane, and sea salt as well. I'm going to try something else next time.
  • Saucony Kinvara at $80 a pair make me quite happy. I tried VFF's but found that I had to shorten my stride so much it drove me crazy. I'll dust them off and try them again I am sure.

  • I am so happy to see this subject, as I go over in my protein every day almost and it's really been bothering me. Good to read that many feel the setting is low, and also that, as long as it's lean protein, it's good! Thank you for the subject and answers! :)
  • It's kind of a weird way to keep me motivated to work out, but knowing I will be allotted more calories and more food helps push me to work out on days that I might otherwise be too lazy to do so.
