ill be the first to admit extreme low bodyfat is NOT HEALTHY (under 7-9%)... far too much effort to maintain and i really love my food. Before photo was not flexed, no pump, poor lighting... After photo was with flex, pump and good lighting and 9kg lighter.... ;) I did not gain any muscle, its all an illusion. When we get shredded we always look bigger than we are appear like we gained muscle. My arms went from 15" to 14.25" :(

I would not follow the macros (protein/carbs/fat) recommended by MFP if your goal is to build muscle. Their protein value is way to low for bodybuilding standards... For general weight loss MFP is great because it tracks calories very well. If you need help determining macros please read…

I might also add, if you are currently consuming 'net' 1000calories, You can not automatically increase your food intake too 1500cal per day.. You must eat extra 100cal per day for a week, then another 100cal for another week, etc.. to slowly build your metabolism back up

i dont see what the problem is... you look good in the bottom pic.. lifting heavy depends on the individuals goal.. if you want to be skinny like super models than by all means, stay away from weights. but if you want a nice toned body with a bit of shape, lifting is a very good idea.... dont confuse the size of your…

Whats his caloric intake? My current bulk i started at 3,000cal per day, then it got to 3,250cal per day and now im at 3,500cal per day...
