I'm in LOVE with the Lean Cuisine Chicken Garlic Eggrolls. They are 200 calories for 3 small eggrolls. They are so good!!!!

I would say when you have a great exercising day then enjoy those foods you know you shouldn't eat to much of and it is a good idea not to have them in the house. Congrats on the 10lbs. Keep it up!

I used to have that problem and then I started taking classes at the gym. I am never bored now. I take Zumba, Body Pump, Body Combat, and Pilates. Always a fun time in any of those classes and a serious calorie burn!

Zumba is the greatest. I am hooked on that class at the gym!

Pilates or yoga is a great way to tone up. I love, love, love pilates. Defines the waist and makes lean muscle. I think if you switch up between cardio and weights on alternating days that should do it.
