Hi Kathleen! You sound like you have your head on straight...the only thing I might question is your goals. "My first goal is to lose 70# a rate of 1.5/wk" I think you need shorter term goals. Like: my INITIAL goal is to lose X; once I ACHIEVE that, I will set a new goal for Y. " etc. Not to say your total cannot be 70 .…

I know I don't know you from Adam, but: you are AMAZING! And SO true about have just a couple of those salty fries; have 3 Pringles, etc. Otherwise it's "Deprivation" at least mentally it is, and it will never work. Proud of you!!!!!
