There is so much support here and it's a great place to check in. I hope to stick to my plan and get back into shape. I'm doing a 10 km run with my sister this weekend and she's my inspiration ( she recently lost 150 lbs) Haven' t completed 10 km since last year but will give a try and drag my butt across that finish line.

Yes certainly staying postive and staying on track are key. We're all going to have those days where we have cravings or moments of weakness. It's getting back on track instead of giving up. I've marked on my calendar my goal weight in 10 weeks. If I reach that goal, I'm going to treat myself to some new trendy clothes.…
