Thank you for this. Just what I needed to hear. Thank you for your honesty. It felt like you were describing me perfectly. I realize there is no magic food or pill to help me get the weight off, just good ole tracking. For some reason, I've had an aversion to tracking, but I realize I just need to do it.

Ok. Yeah, I used to log and then have a hard time logging now. It's like I have an aversion to logging now. Lol. I know I have learned some really bad behaviors and habits that are hard to break.

Wow! Very inspiring. I felt like you were talking about my journey when you were describing yours. It has been a struggle.
