I don't have scheduled cheat days. If I want something, I eat it and just work it into my macros. Every once in a while I may eat out, have a few treats, snack a bit more and go over, but I jump right back in the next day. When I first started, I gained a few pounds, and found out it's natural. Your body is working to adjust to these changes, which it can take 4-6 weeks before it decides to start showing a drop in the scale. (it can, not always the case!) Obviously there's a mix of answers because everyone is different, and there is no single answer. Some guys/gals like bigger chicks, some like thinner chicks, and some don't care either way. My opinion? If they aren't into you because of weight, they aren't worth the time anyways.

Hey everyone! I'm a stay at home mom who is determined to lose weight! starting off around 185 and looking to eventually lose 50 pounds! Starting off with 20 is perfect! I have PCOS so expect to lose slowly anyways. Good luck to everyone! We can do this!
