Oh my gosh!! You must get at least one Sweating to the Oldies! He's so positive and encouraging. I have lost 25 pounds so far (LOTS to go!!), but I am feeling it's a struggle I can win. I think it's in part because of Richard :)

I have the original Sweatin' and number 5. I bought the 80's one as well. I just love his positive attitude. Following him on Twitter now. I found some DVD's by The Firm. They are great so far, though, I do recognize that God did not give me rhythm. :)

Honestly ... I am doing a combination of Richard Simmons Sweatin' To The Oldies and the Biggest Loser workout with Bob (can't stand Jillian). pizza cheesy pasta gum (believe it or not) french fries and chips ... seriously can't have a bag in the house. I will never eat just one. Well, I guess I could if you ate most of the bag and then handed it to me with just one chip inside. But then, we couldn't be friends. lol

I have never enjoyed breakfast and what I did like were carb nightmares (hash browns and white toast lol). I now have a smoothie for breakfast. I have found I love them.
