Well, hello there cutie. What is your birth sign? :flowerforyou:

I mix mine with almond milk and it tastes WAY better.

I enjoy the new view of my penis, it looks FANTASTIC!!!

One or two people noticed around 20 lbs, but the deluge of comments occurred around the 30 lb mark. Now, if I bump into someone that I haven't seen for a while their jaws hit the floor.

Does alcohol count? If not, then definitely buffalo wings.

Way to go!! I recall walking the mile in high school also, even though I was fit and trim. Fast forward almost 20 years and I was 70-80 lbs overweight. When I decided to start running, I couldn't last for longer than a few minutes in a sustained jog. Now I do runs of 5 miles or more. Keep at it and you will reach your…

Shirataki noodles can be found in most supermarkets as well as Walmart. The are usually located in the produce section with the cold items; they come packaged in a bag of liquid. Word of advice, dump the noodles in a colander and rinse them off because they have a "fishy" smell that puts some people off. Good luck with…

This is an easy one. Shirataki noodles= 0 calories, eat as much as you want without any of the guilt. If you want a little flavor, I usually pan fry them and toss in hot sauce with diced chicken.

I used to log EVERYTHING after weighing and measuring. However, I rarely log anything anymore and just keep a mental running tally for the day. Not logging hasn't hampered my weight loss efforts as I am still successfully losing weight, but the minute my weight starts creeping up I will start logging again.

Very noticeable difference. Keep up the good work!

One or two bad days does not make a difference if in the long term you stick to your plan. I go off the rails from time to time (I think you need to so as not to go insane) and as can be seen from my ticker I am down 61 lbs and near my goal. Hell, I ate a full rack of ribs, fries, cole slaw, fried calamari with a Thai…

I went on a bulking cycle for about 15 years and forgot to lift heavy weights.....

I went to Six Flags Great Adventure a few weeks ago and I mostly abandoned my diet for a few days. A few days off of your "normal, losing weight diet" isn't going to kill you. However, I tried to make healthier choices amongst all of the traditional theme park options. For example, I chose the grilled chicken sandwich…

click help and there is a link that you can click to reset your counter to the number of days it should be

Awesome job! You look so much younger now.

Take it slow and don't fall into the trap that I did. I lost weight fast and I am not happy with my body composition at all. Looking at myself in clothes is a delight, however when I look at myself without a shirt on it is utterly depressing. My body fat percentage is insanely high and now I am faced with the dilemma of…

I soooo remember this episode. Just remember to pinch the edges.....

BAHAHAHAHA!!!

Ahh, I remember this conundrum for me. I was down around 30lbs or so and needed new clothes, but I still had more weight to lose. I didn't want to spend a boat load of money only to have to spend more again later because I was the incredible shrinking man. I bucked-up and bought a few things, but didn't go crazy with…

Good idea!! I am going to have to try this.

I too put it into a spreadsheet and graph it and there are lost of peaks and valleys, but the overall trend is downward. However, I am the opposite of you. I gain EVERY...SINGLE...WEEKEND and then slowly lose it over the following week. I swear to God that Fridays are ALWAYS my lightest of the week except for like 1 or 2…

The swings don't bother me because I know it is just water and/or a belly full of food. I don't adjust anything at all, I just stick to my daily caloric target and exercise. The reason for the multiple weigh-in's is also because of water and curiosity to see how sodium REALLY effects weight. Also, it AMAZES me how I can…

Personal preference. I weigh myself every day (multiple times) but only log my morning weight as my "official" weight. I find that weighing myself every day makes me more accountable. In the past I did the once-a-week thing, but I soon found myself skipping a week here or there and eventually falling off the wagon. Knowing…

OMG!! I am in tears from laughing so f*cking hard. Everybody at my work is staring at me now! LMFAO!!!!!!! Thanks, I needed this today!

AWESOME job!!!! You look great, keep up the good work!

If Wendy's is your thing I seriously recommend the chili. It is insane how few calories are in a large (270 calories) and it is extremely filling. I have also been known to hit up Burger King for a Whopper junior with no mayo for only 230 calories. Hell, for that few amount of calories I might as well make it two of them…

I weigh myself every day so I can relate to how you feel about the scale going up; I see it ALL the time. However, as long as you are still trending down with your weight you are doing great!! The worst for me was when I went away for the Memorial Day weekend, didn't weigh myself for 3 days and ate lots of sodium filled…

1,016 calories doing 70 minutes on the elliptical set on resistance level "9" on my machine. But that was 10 lbs ago and I realized soon afterwards that I don't need to kill myself like that to keep on a steady weight-loss journey. I am 5'11 and I figured out after workout-days like those that I don't need to kill myself…
