I had it. Its so good, and it definitely didn't give me any stomach issues. And if you're getting to much vitamins, your body will expel it naturally. p.s I hope you have a wonderful day!

I KNOW I eat more calories than what I have logged. I just use it as a basic guideline. Nothing is perfect in life, and having an exact and factual number of calories written down isn't something I lose sleep over.

I had an apple and a vegan chai latte. Not the healthiest or the best option but it was a fun morning.

Because there is no such thing as "ethically killing" anything. At least in my opinion.

Though I respect your opinion, and I agree that the use of animal products isn't all that bad, but the way we get these products is pretty messed up. Its sick.

Oh, okay. Yeah thats true. Veganism is -not- a weight loss plan! And I did it for ethical reasons because I don't agree with anything the meat/egg/dairy industry does.

I used to cycle everyday, but I recently got into running as I'm getting ready for a 5k race. So I've been running 2 miles everyday for the last week and half. Never felt so good!!

Sweet potatoes! I used to think they were too sweet and gross. But I realized it was because I would have them at family gatherings where they would be mashed and made up with all kinds of sugar. But I now I just love a baked sweet potato with cinnamon and Natural peanut butter!!

That is -not- true! I know someone who lost 50lbs with cycling as their only exercise.

Why would they try to dismay people from eating healthy foods? Sure, calorie in-calorie out for weightloss, but weight isn't the only indicator of health.

I don't think bananas are bad for you in anyway. (they are straight from nature, after all) Its all the processed, commercialized junk food thats bad for you. Just because it fits your daily calorie goal, doesn't mean its good for your body.
