  • No ideas from anyone?
  • Today's goals - Eat between 1200-1300 calories -> Succes! (If I don't eat anymore today) - Weigh everything! -> Eh, I didn't weigh my apple.. But I'm fairly sure it was just 100 grams (a very small apple), weighed everything else though! - Eat healthy and be happy about it instead of craving snacks -> Finally succeeded at…
  • That's just the Dutch language I think  . I'm vegan for one day a week, vegetarian for three days a week and on the other days I eat fish and poultry. Yeah, that was the day I binged the 8000 kcal. Normally, I avoid bread like a plague. I have a partner however, who eats bread and chocolate spread for lunch at work.…
  • It seems that when I eat breakfast, I'm hungrier throughout the day. That's one thing I'm sure of. I'll write everything down and see if I can find anything else, thanks for the advice. Yeah, I eat more when I'm tired as well.. Bad thing is that I'm always tired. Not because of sleep deprivation though. I also notice that…
  • I have. I've been as upfront as I can be. I even told him that so far his techniques aren't working for me.. But he doesn't really seem to know another way to help.. I might go to another one.
  • I work during the weekends, which explains why I'm a mess during the week (I'm a college student). Sad to hear that you're having the same problem, how long has it been this way?
  • Trying it out today, we'll see if I can keep it up. Remember that 8000 kcal? I ate that in three hours. So even if I could eat for only an hour a day, it's about self control... Yeah, I was thinking about that as well. I work out when I have the time for it, which is usually in the morning or during lunch break, won't I…
  • I can do 10.000. And that for a small girl. Most impressive thing is that I'm not overweight yet, not even 'fat, just a bit chubby. That will change if I keep this up though. Yeah, I really like the idea of having a large dinner. Will try that.. No coffee though, that makes me feel weak/hungry.
  • Sounds like a good idea. I already noticed that getting rid of breakfast helps. If I start to eat, I start to binge.. If I don't eat however, no problem. Perhaps I should go for a 300kcal lunch and save 1000 kcal for dinner as well. Thanks.
  • Sounds very relatable.. The route problem is that I suffer from very serious anhedonia (an inability to feel pleasure).. However, it's been like that for quite some time (10 years) and so far it doesn't look like it will change.. It's nice to know I'm not alone though. Food planning sounds like a good idea. I'll try making…
  • I'm already in counseling. It's not helping much so far though.
  • It really is quite random.. Nothing makes me feel satiated. No matter what I eat or don't eat. I do think I binge out of boredom.. Haven't found anything yet that really keeps me occupied enough.
  • I can't do anything in advance, sadly, they can set in the fridge for a few hours though (two). The theme I have to work with is 'a wall'. The other thing I can do is make a cake that looks like a wall and just put them next to eachother. Not a very high wall, but it works.
  • I think so. I'm 5f3 (157 kg) and I'd like to weigh 114 pounds (52 kg). I'm currently 125 pounds.
  • Haha, I wish I could relate
  • I think I'm dieting a agressively (1200-1400 kcal).. But I'm only 5f3 (157 cm) and I weigh 125 pounds (57 kg). I don't exercise at all at the moment (I will, after school's done this year, it's my last year).
  • Lovely advice. It's a journey indeed to find out what works for you. I'm not sure yet. I find that a big breakfast leaves me hungrier through the day.. Which is too bad, because I really enjoyed my bowl of oatmeal every morning. I'm reducing it to a piece of fruit or a small piece of chocolate and a coffee nowadays.. Then…
  • Yum ^^ boiled eggs with bread sticks.
  • Hmm no not really, it's a school cafetaria.. The only thing I can really estimate are the snacks.. And those won't keep me full for long. I don't forget my lunch that often.. The problem is rather that when I do screw up something small, that will give me an excuse to binge. That actually is a really good idea. I'm going…
  • Nope, no fitbit! I'd like to get one though!
  • I've heard of cottage cheese yes! Too bad it costs one euro for 100 grams here, I seriously can't afford that (yoghurt is only 0.69 cents for 500 grams!) Sorry if that doesn't make sense, I can't count in ounces or cups :s. Just know that it's not cheap over here! lol I can see if I can find it cheaper somewhere though,…
  • @luvsunshine1 Wow migraine? That sounds awful! Same story here, I like it as well and it's so quick and easy, great for a college student.. But my stomach has been burning for three hours now.. No more for me. To answer my own question, I figure I can throw in beans in my smoothies instead of yoghurt. Problem solved! Thank…
  • Hm.. I like raw carrots.. That's about it really. I just can't get myself to like salad :( . Would make an easy meal.. I heard of both of these things before! Everybody keeps saying it's delicious... I only ate artichoke on a pizza before.. That's it! I'm getting me an artichoke and some parsnip! My partner absolutely…
  • I do have quite the collection of dried herbs... Now only if I knew how to use them.. Usually when I add a herb to a dish, it just tastes like the herb.. It's like bland + herb.. If that makes sense o.O. My favourite kind of food.. Hard to say... I like all kinds of stuff reallly.. The only thing I dislike is spicy food.…
  • @CattOfTheGarage Thanks for the website and the blog, the website already looks amazing so far! (I love your username by the way). Would it be ok if I posted some pictures of the stuff I cook on here? :)
  • True. I probably will be more satisfied if I eat some actual tasty food instead of the bland stuff I'm eating now. I shall find a way!
  • Fat experiment.. Sounds exciting. :D Hmm I do look forward to the creamy texture of greek yoghurt instead of the ..... -insert naughty word here- I've been eating. Ugh.. How can greek yoghurt even be ruined :s . Hmm yeah, veggies.. When I was a kid, veggies and I were best friends. Then I started to live on my own and…
  • I'll have to see where I can get me some cheap dried beans here, I usually use the canned version (I live in Europe =) ). Thanks so much for the recipe and the tips! Can I send you a mail when I try it out (probably next week when I go shopping). I'm very curious ^^.
  • Agreed so much about the organic label.. It seems to be abused quite often here. Oh yeah I really should switch to tuna in oil.. I currently use tuna in water.... So.... Dry.... Hmm salted butter, olive oil and sunflower oil are things I actually have in my kitchen at this very moment.... This could work! =D And hah well,…
