Okay, thanks for replying. Won't cut out completely food that i like but instead reduce portion sizes. But what about calories burned after a workout. Do you guys eat them back? Like my daily cal is 1200 and i burn 250 do i eat back the 250 cals?

Now that you mention it, yes this is my problem. I meani enjoy the elliptical but I can't stand going atit for a long time. So i changed my workout plan to 20 mins of cardio and 2 sets of a couple strength workouts. Not a full hour but its a start

soooo... for example if my daily goal is 1400 and i burn like i dont know 300 calories, do i have to eat back those calories or not?
