Agree completely!

I feel for you...completely! I've heard how my face is sinking in, I need to eat, I should stop working out, and I am losing too much weight. BLAH, BLAH, frickin' BLAH! Do what you and your doctor have agreed is best for you and that is that. It does get frustrating and I hate that feeling of defending myself and having to…

You ROCK! Thank you!!!!!!!
-
Yes...absolutely agree!
-
Can totally relate! WONDERFUL feeling! You rock those jeans!!!!!

The only knowledge I have to share about your post is that you "can" add your strength training under "cardio" and it will give you calories burned there. As for the rest, I'm sure someone else will be able to help you figure that out. Good luck to you!

Scan the bar code...enter it under the meal that you're taking them with, which is what I do.

Kudos to you!

I must admit that the scale has given me more confidence on some level, as does the size that I now wear. We all need something to "gauge" our success by...which in turn motivates us. Be it the scale, or the tag...whatever works for each of us doesn't need to be what works for ALL of us. Congrats to you for your success…

You can't just "diet"...you have to make changes permanently. (my 2 cents)

Awesome transformation! Good job and thanks for sharing!!!

45 lbs down...started at 14, now in an 8.

Start out with baby steps...small changes. Nothing is wrong with you! You CAN do this...but it takes time. :flowerforyou:

That kind of success is SO much to be proud of!! Good for you!! Thanks for sharing!! :flowerforyou:

I work late and exercise afterwards...not getting to the gym until 9 p.m. or so. If I work out hard enough, my body is physically ready for sleep when I get home. I try to be in bed around 11 p.m. Good luck to you!

5'9.5" - size 8 - 152 lbs.

Awesome and SO inspiring! You look fantastic and we are all hoping to have the same success!
-
Same here. Moderation is key and tracking calories will help you. Good luck!
-
Good for you! :drinker:

Don't post anything is you don't want the feedback! WTH!?
-
Yep...agreed!

It's a way of life...change of mindset. Willpower is still required. Hang in there!

Ditto!

My taste in wine is the same as yours...and I probably have a few glasses a week. I also like Michelob Ultra, which is slightly lower on calories.
