Is there a way to track your vitamins as you can track your food and exercise?:smile:

    I track it as food. Since I take a couple a day I put it in as a recipe so I only have to add one thing a day. Also if I switch brands or add something new or whatever it is really easy to update. I've seen people add a separate category for vitamins, but I just put mine in whenever I take them (usually at breakfast).
  • Scan the bar code...enter it under the meal that you're taking them with, which is what I do.
