  • Welcome! I know how hard it is when you have kids. I have three of my own, ages 8, 6 and 3. I do think it is even more important to take care of yourself when you have little ones. It helps my confidence, mood, and self-esteem, and is a good example for those ever-watching eyes. I'll send a friend request!
  • I log my 30 day shred as circuit training, general. I am on Level 2 Day 5 and I have really noticed a difference in firmness and tone, and my endurance is so much better! Don't get discouraged if you can't do everything at first, just do what you can, and you will quickly notice how much stronger you become!
  • Right now I'm doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred video, along with walking and occasionally the elliptical machine at the gym.

  • Me too! I even made a conscious effort today to try to eat less sugar and went over with just my raisin bran and orange juice this morning!
  • Started level 2 two days ago (for about the third time). The plank jacks are killer and so are the chair squats with v raises! I've tried to get through the 30DS a couple of times before and always lose focus. Hoping that third time's the charm!
  • I'm the same. I've been a member for a while, but haven't used all of the options on here. I'm finding that I'd like to have some friends to help me along. I'm trying to get back in shape and lose about 8-10 lbs that are still hanging around after having three kids!
