My husband and I just started the wild diet yesterday. It appears to be a combination of paleo and the whole30 plans. My husband loves that he can still eat steak and bacon cheese burgers and doesn't even miss the bun. I gave him hard boiled pasture raised eggs today and he said they were better than regular eggs. I've…

That is wonderful! I can definitely see a difference! Like everyone else said, when you feel like you are not making progress, take pictures and look back at them. Keep up the good work!

Love that you are using weightlifting now! It has really shaped your body into amazing curves!

I frequently have restless nights, especially after strength training. My body feels like it is working overtime while my brain sleeps. Its a very odd feeling, but i still usually get a good amount of sleep during the night.

Amazing results! What was your ending weight, if you don't mind me asking? Also, how would you compare insanity to T25?

I completed the program officially back in December, but got a little lazy toward the end and completely stopped in the month of january and half of february. doing stage 7 again to restart the program since I heard that starting with stage 7 helps jumpstart the fat loss. I am doing the second round of 7.4 today. i've…

I'm now in stage 5 and even in stage 3, i hated most of the workouts in B. For the ab exercises at the end, I do my own b/c i wasn't getting anything out of it (however, love the side crunches on the swiss ball). I took someone's advice to add 25lb weights to back extensions which helped! I also stopped doing prone cobra…

With the weights, I try to get them as parallel as possible.

Stage 5a last night! So excited to have made it this far, even though I've had some bumps in the road. I know I dread the BWMs but I really do think they are essential and I feel so GOOD after doing them!
-
I feel the same way! GREAT JOB!!!
-
sooo not looking forward to stage 5 and going back to BWMs!
-
You look and did great!!! Thanks for posting! Very motivational for me to keep going!

That's an interesting theory. If someone hasn't already tried this, they should and let us know of the results! I would try it, but I am already halfway thru stage 4.

Back to stage 4 yesterday! I feel like I had the most success in stage 2 so I am glad to be back. Not looking forward to doing stage 5 again!

Man that BWM is killer! I'm glad that I keep improving on my time though! Under 2min! Woohoo! I dread them, but they are also a great HIIT workout at the end! Just did workout 3 so I only have 1 more in this stage which I will do next week!

I must've been killing it in my workout yesterday in 3B. My abs are killing me today, but in a good way. Haven't felt my abs working like this in a LONG time!

Meijer makes a peanut butter called Meijer Naturals all natural peanut butter. It only has 1 ingredient: roasted peanuts. Only costs about $2.79 for a 16oz jar! Love it!!!

That is amazing! Can't wait to get where you are and experience that feeling!

I am currently on Stage 3. I agree with everything katie said. I will add that I also did not follow the meal plan, but I tried my best to stay within my calorie goals of TDEE - 20% and getting as much protein as is recommended. I have added protein shakes/smoothies into my diet to help me get there. I have had some really…

Did 3A1 yesterday! Man, I hope that it was 2 hours because it was my first time. Really it was like 1:45. I hate how the rests are so long, but I am sure that it is necessary. You guys weren't kidding about the BWM. I did my first one in 3:37, but somehow I was able to do the 2nd one in more than a minute less! My legs are…

Congratulations on your weight loss! Like people have said before, at this point, don't freak out so much. Also are you taking pictures? Take pics of your body while you are doing this. I can almost guarantee that your body is changing for the better even though other things say otherwise. How do you feel when you look at…

You are doing awesome!!! Keep it up!

Great job! Can you give me a little background of how it works?! For example, did you bet that you wouldn't lose 5lbs in a month or that you would? Do you have to put down a lot of money and is there a requirement to track anything (food, exercise, weight loss)? I am interested in joining, but as I have hit a plateau, I…
