I'm low-carbing after stalling after 5 months of IIFYM. Trying to lose another 20 pounds or so. I keep my carbs under 5% (18 g) a day.

Oh yeah, for sure! The only reason I used frozen is because the peppers/ onions weren't on sale, and $4 fresh vs $1 for frozen bag...the struggle is real!

I used 1 head. I think you could also use frozen, but I think a lot of water would cook out of it.

I used an actual head of cauliflower. I cut off the florets and grated them down, and also grated the stalks. But if you don't have a grater, you can rough chop it all up.

About $75 a month for myself. I spend more on picking up supplies to make my boyfriend and I dinner random days during the week. I'm pretty freakin cheap.

My favorite is 3-4 frozen chicken breasts in a crockpot, cook on low for 4-5 hours, pull out and shred and drain some water, add taco sauce, buffalo sauce, etc. cook for another hour. portion out.

It's locked (i don't trust my roommate to not snoop lol) but I've dialed the 4 digit code enough in front of him that he knows it. I have access on his tablet and computer, but those aren't locked so he can see what I'm looking at if he wants. I don't know any of his, but he's an open person and I have nothing to suspect.
