hey there! So my measurments are almost the same as all of you ladies; 34-29-42...plus I'm 5'10. I was told by a trainer that the only way to really get your bottom half smaller was to do intense cardio (7x weekly) and alot of body weight exercises/ strength training, such as: Squats, lunges, plies, kicks, leg lowers etc.…

I would reccommend Dane Central, for the first two weeks of my dieting I used it as my sole tool for excersie and I lost 7 pounds :D it's also super fun and easy to use

I'm in :) my starting weight was 185... which was almost 4 weeks ago. Now I'm 173. Let's see how much I can lose in April... bye bye prego pounds!
