I clicked on groups and it showed my groups. I clicked our group and here I am. How is everyone doing?

I'm at 19.35% . I need to step it up some. As long as I don't gain weight I am happy :) I did not put the weight on in one day. Slow and steady weight loss is the way to go. I have found if I lose too much too fast; I gain it all back and some extra as well. Praying the next weigh-in will be GOOD for ALL of us :)

Yesterday was a bad day for me. Pretzel crust pepperoni pizza for dinner. Need I say more? On the plus side I drank 100 oz. water. Todays Goals: Drink 100 oz. water walk for 30 minutes eat low sodium

Day 10 goals were met. I am up to 80 oz. of water a day. Goals for today: Stay under my calorie count Drink 80-90 oz. of water Keep carbs under 100 grams

Weighed in this morning and lost 3 # Yesterday I ate healthy and was under my calories. I drank 8-8 oz. glasses of water. Ate healthy, non processed foods. Goals for Day 10 Drink my water Stay under calorie goal Eat healthy, non processed foods

Tuesday 9-30 was my Day 1 It was great! I ate healthy non-processed foods and was under my calorire count. I drank 4-8 oz. of water which is 3 glasses more then I drank a day on our 2 week vacation.

Welcome Back! I know it hard to eat right cause I used to be the Queen of the Junkfood Junkies. I suggest you use MFP Food Diary to plan healthy meals and snacks ahead of time. Try to keep you carbs low. Has your doctor given you any info on what she would like you to eat?

I went to my family reunion Sunday and tried to pick the healthy food choices. I picked two things, a tablespoon of green bean casserole and a tablespoon of german potato salad, not so good for me.
