I am a yard conductor in Chicago (Amtrak) - and oh boy it it a challenge to eat well, especially on nights! I'm on the boards and it's always a pain to find time to cook, prep, and exercise when you are trying to catch what zzz's you can between calls.

We did the 5k Foam Fest last year and it was a blast - there was a huge downpour two days before so the entire course was essentially a muddy pit.
