Pandora is totally my friend for this. If I'm doing cardio is the Brittney Spears station (or artists like her), if I'm lifting its all about the Seether station.

Here's mine - though I'm always looking for new stuff so I don't get bored. I like things with bass and a steady beat to get into a rhythm.

I get a lot of playlists/music ideas from Pinterest. Just put in workout playlist in search.

Someone on another thread suggested jog.fm which expanded my playlists a lot.

I go on Pandora and have the Latin Workout Radio, Pitbull channel, Rap strength training channel and a few other good upbeat selections. The fast the music, the more encouraged I feel to move with the beat.

I have an LMFAO station on Pandora which I've slowly tailored to my tastes.

I also have a Spice Girls station on Pandora...which some of you might laugh at but I'm 27 and that music brings back fun memories and is good to workout to.
