So after reading this, if I take in 1000 calories a day, calculate it all,it shows I need to burn 1132 calories to loose the 10lbsin a 30 day period. Hmmm this discourages me. I do a 30 minute shred and that's not nearly as many calories burnt, feel like I have to work out all day to loose it.

i just started today with a new diet and workout... just trying to get a feel for things. new to this, so still learning how to go about eating and exercise.

I have always eaten like this, so I never thought anything about it. Iv never tried to diet or eat less on purpose, i just never felt the need to eat unless i was hungry. This is going to be tough....eating when not hungry lol....that is a challenge.
