Apparently people do. This is absolutely bizarre to me and not logical if you want to maintain weight for the rest of your life. But what do I know, I have never "dieted."

Why are you weighing your oranges? Just input it as the type of orange it is in your meal, and choose small, medium and large.

That number changes each day depending on what you consume. It lets you know how much you will weigh after that time if you ate what you ate that day every single day. It is not your goal.
