  • Tomorrow is a new day... Just brush off what you ate today and start back again tomorrow. If for some reason the scale moves in the opposite direction just learn from this experience and move on. I am sure everybody has had one of these days and will probably have another in the future. You can get back on track again :)…
  • Wwhat about a gluten free cereal in the mornings? Fruit is also good and low fat yogurt as well... As far as lunch I found the spicy black bean burgers at the grocery store and those are good. Also I eat 98% fat free hot dogs, soup and vegetarian chili... These are only options and I am not sure if you can eat them or not…

  • Add me too I have been doing WW for a while and have lost close to 40 pounds but lost my motivation and have gained some pounds back. I decided to try counting calories and see where ths takes me. :) Good luck in your journey and we are here to support each other.
