I get a deep tissue massage every month to thank myself for doing my best, working out even though I hate it, and making good choices. I don’t have specific number goals or even weight loss goals. ❤️

Check in for 10/4. Weigh in day for me. PW: 164.4 CW: 164 Activity: 30 minutes of cardio bootcamp. Burned 394 calories. Mondays always kill me after 3 days off from working out but I got it done.

Honestly if I didn’t have to take my kids to school every day jammies might be my temptation as well! The pandemic and online school for a year and a half did a number on me. Lol

I wanted to wear one of my favourite dresses and it was too tight. Went to try on a different one and yep same thing. I realised that I had allowed myself to get too comfortable with not caring. I picked Monday as it’s the start of the week, I don’t work out on weekends so my body has had time to recover and so I don’t go crazy over the weekend. ❤️
