i am currently 33 weeks pregnant and i weigh 253and was 260 befrore i got pregnant, i am trying to loose 53 lbs to start and then get to wonderland, i plan on breast feeding my daughter as well i cant wait to get back on track

I do my exercise everyday I just dont log it until at night before I go to bed

I like almonds better any they are healthier and the roasted ones with sea salt are yummy

i like applebees they have a menu that is 600 cal or less =)

i usually have an egg and a slice of toast with cheese and hot sauce tastes yummy and has perfect amount of kick and i eat it open face sandwich

Net calories are the calories are the calories consumed after exercise say you have 1200 cal and burn 200 cal then your net cal would be 1000 cal for the day hope this helps you understand a bit you can choose to eat the exercise cal back or not

Good luck, just eat your allowed calories and the weight will come off I've been doing it for a little over a month and lost 12 lbs in 3 weeks also if you like spicy food add hot sauce to your food it speeds up your metabolism

Dried fruit is always good or nuts like almonds for crunch fresh fruits work well too maybe some unsweetened cocoa powder or cinnamon this is what I do

I find planning out my meals each day works for me

Thank you everyone :) I'm trying to tone up so I was doing planks today along with push-ups and tomorrow is Zumba

I do go to settings and I believe it's under diary not sure and set it to carbs fat fiber and protein then add them up at the end of the day

the only exercise i do is walking i have an app that counts my steps per day

i just have a hard time eating them back

i eat atleast 1000 calories a day, but i burn like 600 plus calories a day

like i exercise every day at 530 when i get home and then i eat dinner and a sack but i still end up burning more

my problem is i dont get hungry with the diet i eat the serving sizes but i dont get hungry on the low carb like i used to
