Over calories
Is it ok to be over your calories before imputing exercise calories even if know I won't be over calories once the exercise calories are imputed? Thoughts and suggestions are welcomed

Calories in food
I know that there are 9 cal = 1 gram fat 4 cal = 1g carbs and 4 cal = 1g protein Wheat I don't understand is how they get the total cal from this information someone please help maybe I am looking at this the wrong way?

Pms issues
Was wondering if anyone else gains weight 4 days before their period but then looses the weight, I am supposed to get mine on Tuesday but I haven't lost any weight I gained but I have been staying with in my calorie goal mostly under and exercising but I gained 1.5 lbs is this normal? Any other women have this issue too?
