Homemade Raspberry Protein Smoothie

Hey MFP peeps,
i made this smoothie last night and it is low calorie and has 8 grams of protein
its super tasty and easy to make so i thought i would share it with you all
1 cup frozen raspberries
1.5 cups water
1tsp zero calorie stevia in the raw
1/4 cup of sliced almonds
place almonds in the blender so it makes like a paste
add frozen berries
add water
once no lumps in it add stevia
eat and enjoy
