So i found this recipe for a almond berry pudding that is only 6 grams of carb!
here is the recipe
ALMOND BERRY PUDDING
1/3 C ALMOND MEAL OR ALMOND FLOUR
2 TABLESPOONS OF WATER
1 EGG
1/4 C OF BLUEBERRIES FRESH OR FROZEN
ANY NO CALORIE SWEETENER TO TASTE
IN MICROWAVE PROOF BOWL ADD ALMOND MEAL, EGG AND WATER
HEAT SO IT IS STILL GOOEY NOT RUBBERY (20-25 SECONDS)
MOVE MIXTURE TO CENTER OF BOWL
ADD BERRIES AND SWEETENER COOK FEW MORE SECONDS MAY NEED MORE IF THE BERRIES ARE FROZEN
I HAD MY DOUBTS BUT IT REALLY IS DELICIOUS
