Yummy low carb breakfast

So i found this recipe for a almond berry pudding that is only 6 grams of carb!

here is the recipe

ALMOND BERRY PUDDING

1/3 C ALMOND MEAL OR ALMOND FLOUR

2 TABLESPOONS OF WATER

1 EGG

1/4 C OF BLUEBERRIES FRESH OR FROZEN

ANY NO CALORIE SWEETENER TO TASTE

IN MICROWAVE PROOF BOWL ADD ALMOND MEAL, EGG AND WATER
HEAT SO IT IS STILL GOOEY NOT RUBBERY (20-25 SECONDS)

MOVE MIXTURE TO CENTER OF BOWL

ADD BERRIES AND SWEETENER COOK FEW MORE SECONDS MAY NEED MORE IF THE BERRIES ARE FROZEN


I HAD MY DOUBTS BUT IT REALLY IS DELICIOUS

    I bet it would be even better if raw cream or coconut milk was used instead of the water..........
