Over calories

Is it ok to be over your calories before imputing exercise calories even if know I won't be over calories once the exercise calories are imputed? Thoughts and suggestions are welcomed

It's okay as long as you actually go through with exercising!
I would try to avoid that, though, because you never know what will happen later on in the day.0 -
No problem with that. It's really not even an issue to be a little over on calories on a daily basis if your weekly calories come out OK.0

It is ok to go over around 300 cals as long as you burn it with exercise or more! That's what I do sometimes!0

I do my exercise everyday I just dont log it until at night before I go to bed0
