I am 5"6 currently around 150 with a Athletic build(minus the chest and baby pudge) My longterm goal weight is 135-130. Is anyone currently at this weight(135-130). If so how do you feel? What areas bother you? if any?

I am starting the 1200 today. May I add you? I did a practice run(of the diet) since last week. I am not doing so well on staying under 1200 even when I workout. I could really use some recipes or sample menus. Thanks

I am your height but I weigh 142. perhaps if I slimmed down to your size, I too could have a small waist again. Thanks for the imput. I was aiming for 135 but I may go for around 130 and see if I get my waist back:happy:

I am in the same boat with a 31 inch waist, mine used to be a 24-26 prior to having 2 almost 10 pound boys. I am wondering if its even possible for it to shrink back down or has my body expanded and can never shrink back? :ohwell:

Thanks for this info from an ex collegiate athlete. I was aiming too low and luckily I am the same height as you so your info was just what I needed to see. I am currently 139 and still looking to lose in order to hit my weight goal, but its good to know my body fat is likely healthy at this point!
