  • I would go by the doctors scale - its the most recent and maybe more accurate. Plus, you will likely be going back to that same doctor eventually and use that same scale. Not the case with the hospital. Good luck. :)
  • I was okay only wearing socks the first level but on level 2 you need shoes for the reason someone else mentioned - the planks. And the jumping planks - I think that is what they're called. Anyway, good luck!

  • I am on day 8 of the 30 DS. I did level 2 for the first time today because I wanted to try and see if I was ready. Man it is hard! But I know it will be worth it. I haven't lost any weight but I did take measurements in the beginning so I am hoping to see a difference at the end of 30 days. :)
  • Good job!! I am on day 7 of the 30 DS but I haven't noticed much difference...at least not on the scale. I feel better every time I do it though. :)
