i just saw that on the news! yeah i do think it is a choice. you can choose to eat a lot and be lazy or eat healthy and move more.

just ate this right now!! .5 cup of green beans with 1.5 cup of broccoli a sprinkle of mexican shredded cheese and a tablespoon of parmesan cheese all for less than 125 calories!

eat more at night? i'm the same way. what works for me is to leave as many calories as possible for food when i'm at home at afternoon/evening/night time. i usually just eat really light in the morning/lunch and stay busy then for dinner i have the freedom to eat with my bf who eats a lottt!! and snack if want to!

yeah there are just so many people that have had "weird" stuff happen to them though you guys are right it could be just normal stuff with their mind playing tricks on them. i've never had anything weird happen to me though i do love those shows haha

i love eating at night so what i do is eat light through out the day then i have more than enough calories for dinner and after dinner snacks/desserts. usually when i eat a "normal" breakfast i'm just hungry alll day so that doesn't work for me. good luck!

what about calories burned cooking and eating? surely i burn calories from chewing my food and standing over a hot stove. i could be missing out on eating 300+ more calories!!

i like milk but i've also switched me and my bf to almond milk. i buy vanilla unsweetened and it has about 40 calories per cup and less than 2gs of sugar!

i love wine but i would suggest maybe not drinking it every day?? maybe every other day?? and the wine + club soda idea sounds great!! my question to you is do you like wine because of the taste or because of the alcohol's effects on your body?

A huge myth is that you have to eat breakfast. Meal frequency plays no real part in weightloss unless you eat more than your allotted calories to compensate. If you're starving by 11:15 then maybe try bringing a small snack like a piece of fruit or some nuts something you can eat quickly between classes.

my boyfriend eats A LOT. he is much more fit than me but damn he can eat because of it!! he is eating healthy now but he doesn't have to watch calories. what works for me is to eat light or fast during the day and then make a good healthy dinner but i don't worry as much about calories because i have plenty of wiggle room.
