UGH YES!!!! my boyfriend eats a lot and right now his dad is living here and he eats all of my lower calorie food!! sometimes he buys food to bring home but it's usually way more calories than what i bought. SO ANNOYING. i get so angry.

depends on how you feel i think. if you feel fine and don't get too weak then i don't think you haave to eat. but if you want to be safe you could take a snack with you in case you get weak.

i do either 1) exercise to earn more 2) count as a maintenance day and eat at those calories or 3) try to eat as light as possible the rest of the day and look at the weekly average to make up for the day it all depends on whats going on in my day and how hungry i am :)

definitely know what you mean!! i've noticed that when you're taller (i'm 5'8 also) we carry our weight better so we have to lose much more for it to be noticeable to other people.

I always see moms with their jogging stroller maybe you could look into one of those? Or moms biking with a carriage attachment?

I don't really eat breakfast because I'd rather eat more later in the evening. If I'm really hungry ill have like a piece of fruit or a slice of 50cal toast. You just have to find what works best for your lifestyle.

if i don't eat right away in the morning the hunger goes away.. i think hunger can come and go?

i skip breakfast because i'd rather save my calories for later in the day. if i eat breakfast i'm hungry an hour later no matter what i eat. i have found for myself that if i eat something large in the morning i just want to eat allll day long! if i eat something small or skip breakfast entirely i control myself a lot…

i usually get the chicken fresh when it's on sale for $2 or less a pound and the fish i just get whatever is a better deal frozen or fresh

i'm guessing that if his bmr is 3200 he is very overweight maybe in the obese area? if that is the case he could probably get away with doing that to drop a good amount fast (like on the biggest loser) though it isn't the healthiest of ways. i would suggest that you introduce him to MFP and he can decide what will work…

if that interests you then i would suggest to just zig-zag your calories. calculate your calorie goal then disperse it over a week period and have some days higher some days lower for example say you've calculated your daily goal should be 1500 cals you could do this day 1 1250 day 2 1800 day 3 1350 day 4 1400 day 5 1450…

What the others said. Eat whatever you want late as long as it fits in your calorie goals. I use to work 1-9 a lot so I would sleep in, eat something before work, have lunch during my scheduled lunch then eat dinner when I got home from work around 930/10 and went to sleep after. I still lost weight its totally fine!!

When I go out and don't want to drink I just get a diet coke! But usually when I knownim going out I try to have room for at least one drink.
