I do this as well! Any time I have a lower number I also record it. Whether its my true weight it not I use it for motivation to get lower!

You look great in your pictures! I would focus on weight lifting, have you looked into any weight lifting programs? I would suggest looking into stronglifts 5×5, or new rules of lifting for women. also as far as your calorie and macro goals I would suggest this bodybuilding site to calculate them…

I know its tough but try coming up with small goals like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, eat more veggies, drink more water etc. You can do it!

There really should be something like this. It is a mental disorder to be anorexic or a compulsive overeater.

I personally feel that type of surgery is just a quick fix or someone taking the easy way out. Like others have mentioned you have to want to be healthier and overcome the mental issues that made you become overweight in the first place. I really dont have respect for people who do that.

I have a muffin top meaning my fat is all in my belly like upper hips navel area. It can be hidden in clothes but its still there! I dont consider myself fat because I am not overweight though but I do consider myself skinny fat.

For me its pretty much any type of fast food!! Once I have a taste I swear its like crack and im eating uncontrollably.

I am the definition of skinny fat. Im 5'8 and a size 6 but im at 28% body fat!! I look great with clothes on but you can definitely tell in a bikini.

For weight loss all you really need is a calorie deficit whether it comes from diet or cardio is up to you. Weight training is important when you are in a deficit in order to not lose a lot of muscle mass while you are losing weight. So basically do whatever makes you feel the best but i personally LOVE weight training.
