Hi!! I would recommend getting an hrm! I have thr polar ft4 and I love it! You can also buy a cheap body fat caliper for like 5-10 dollara off amazon. I got one and mine was surprisingly accurate as I went to a dunk tank to get professionally measured and I was actually only lower by .3% anyway that way you can get both!

i usually buy store brand. though i always get daisy brand light sour cream. i've tried the vons/safeway store brand lucerne light sour cream and it was not the same. but for the most part store brands are pretty good.

it doesn't make a difference when you eat. i personally like to eat more at night time so i like to save more calories for later in the day. some people do better eating more during the day and less at night. you just have to figure out what works for you!

the calories the fitbit add should be a part of your tdee. when you follow that you take off a certain percentage of your tdee and then just eat that and not factor in any exercise calories because they are already included in your tdee.
