wtf kind of cereal are you eating? i eat cereal every morning, a 30g portion, and no matter what brand I get its a low calorie breakfast. Maybe like, granola, but good ol' corn flakes and stuff are pretty low cal.

i use a canola oil version of that spray for some things, like when I am making pancakes. Usually use the liquid canola for everything else.

blerg the computer ate my post! basically i am also poor, and live waaay out in the sticks. i find it helpful to shop in catagories, and to avoid high cost items like greek yogurts, protein bars, single serve items. dont be afraid of processed foods, you can lose weight no matter. i personally keep chicken nuggets in the…

i have played around with macros and meal timing a lot over the two years since I have joined here. For me, the best results are with a small breakfast, a lunch and dinner of medium size, and a small snack after I get off work ( 10 or 11 at nite)

I buy "nutrabiotic vanilla rice protien" off of amazon. Its 60 calories for 15g, and the ingredients list is short. Doesnt upset my stomach, and they do have a plain one too. However, it doesnt have the smoothest blend out there. I use it in oatmeal/rice pudding, happily. But for drinking it is a bit grainy.

my dentist told me that all soda (diet included), and fruit juice, isnt great for teeth. something about acidity. he recommended limiting those drinks, and when we do have them, using a straw, and not sip on it all day.

i bake tilapia, from frozen, in a 350 degree oven for 20ish minutes. i use a soul food style seasoning salt liberally on both sides on the filets.

i eat cottage cheese everyday, so that'd be on my list, for sure.

if my family's irish-immigrant-to-america stories are right, potatoes, bread and dairy (milk and butter especially) were the major calorie sources for them. The kids would get some sugar as well, in their tea, and sprinkled on bread.

lol at all these KK haters. I like the entenmann's softee donuts a lot, and I buy the multi pack every so often. (I am the only one in the house who likes plain donuts, so that means 3 in that pack are ALL MINE)

cooked in water, with a scoop of protein powder and 2 oz of milk stirred in after cooking. Or plain, cooked in water, with a pat of butter on top, and a sprinkle of salt.
