Yeah I weigh everything else and have lost 77 pounds so far,I just somehow mistakenly assumed all fruit of the same type weighed the same lol.Just never occurred to me.

It never even occurred to me that I should weigh my bananas and other fruits..:o I always use the medium banana entry or what have you. I'll have to start,I wonder how many calories I have missed out on eating lol.

I will never stop logging. The last time I did,I gained back 60 plus pounds I previously lost. I need to be aware and accountable for what goes in my mouth. It will be worth it to me,to never gain that weight back again.

Walking. Easiest exercise you can do. I was completely out of shape a year ago. I couldn't even walk around the corner without needing a break.Now I walk about 6-8 miles a day.(4 of them nightly on my walk) I walk faster and longer than my kids lol.

I once told a friend I had about 50 more pounds to go and she looked me up and down and said "From where? You look fine to me." and she was serious! Ugh last winter I lost all motivation and became a hermit for four months,gaining 10 lbs back that I lost. Hopefully this winter will be different. It's hard because I can't walk outside during the winter much.(Hard to trek through piles of snow lol) Getting to the gym is a pain as well,since I do not drive.

This. I lost 75 pounds and my 2x shirts still fit because my chest is large. They are looser for sure,but not as much as you would think.

Do they serve you a plate during dinner?Maybe serve it yourself or just ask for less? Also,you don't have to finish all the food given to you.

The first fitbit I had was glitchy and they replaced it with no hassles.The one I have now works great. Very good company.

I use to drink a 2 liters a day of soda by myself. So yeah getting rid of that habit made a huge difference.

i started 5'5 and 265 pounds. I have consistently lost 2 pounds a week eating calories between 1500-1700. I do work out though and walk most nights.Though even on lazy weeks(had surgery one week),I still lost.I am now 191.

I would be very wary of my partner getting upset cause I am going to the gym to become more healthy... That sounds very selfish and controlling.When you love someone,you are supposed to want what is best for them.
