We have very similar stats I started at 255lbs on Sunday and currently 249lbs this AM. I have been detoxing for my first week. Keep up the great work!

Correction my body fat when I started insanity was actually 47%!!!! Totally recommend it, don't pay attention t the scale, I would actually stay away from it and take lots of progress pics!

I only got to the end of week 6. But I did lose about 4 pounds, 2 inches off my waist and went from 44% body fat to 42%. I could see my body getting nice and tight. Planning on starting all over again on Sunday. I loved it!

Yes, 1 pound, hell even .5 of a pound is progress!

Please don't focus on the scale. There is so much more you can do to track your progress. I really recommend measuring. You might not be losing weight, but you are probably losing body fat % and that is really all that matters!!!!!!!

I'm on week 4, and I say it is worth it! I hear people get their best results once they get to the second month. I talked to my assigned beachbody coach, and base on my stats. 178 pounds, 5'5 in height I get to eat about 1500-1600 calories on workouts days and 1300 on off days. I am on week 4 now. Its actually going pretty good, I might add in another week of the first month just so because i don't feel like i'm ready to go to the second month just yet. But we will see how I feel by the end of this week :)
