Exercising with a cold...
I'm towards the ending of this cold (80% over it), starting to get my energy back. Is it ok for me to start working out, or would my recovery from this cold slow down. It's been over a week now and I'm dying to get back to my routine :(

26 pounds down in 3 months - 215 to 189 (PICS)
I eat between 1000-1300 calories a day and burn 500-700 calories 4-5 times a week. I usually do 40 minutes cardio (treadmill, elliptical or stairmaster) and 20 minute weights. My goal by the end of 2015 is to have a 50 pound loss, I am half way there and it is only getting harder, but I am determined! (btw, I'm 5'5)
