Running VS. Elliptical
What is your pick and why? I feel like running works out your whole body just because i can actually feel it (giggles and wiggles:wink: ) But i feel like the elliptical burns more calories.

So about 2 years ago i managed to lose 30 pounds with the help of myfitnesspal, from 200 pounds to 170. I hit a plateau and gave up. I am now 213 and want to get down to 150. I am 5'5 in height. Add me we can motivate eachother.
