What are some inexpensive fitness accessories that helped you throughout your journey?

I'm a fan of gadgets so right now I am currently using a Garmin Vivosmart. Besides that a food scale and other measuring tools for the kitchen, tupperware, my 6pack bags, blender. And I use a logbook to track my workouts.0

I got a generic bluetooth heart rate chest strap. It was cheap and works with all the fitness apps. I totally don't need it, but love geeking out over graphs and numbers.
