Umm the middle ground. I go to classes and talk to people but I don't need somebody else to go to the gym with me. In fact I prefer to go by myself and If somebody I know is there that's great if not well that's fine too. I have health goals and I will do what it takes to accomplish them other people or not.

Today I went to my exercise class then came home and did yoga by Christmas lights with my Maui kitty. :)

Canned pasta, I loved the ravioli and spagettios from a can as a kid. Can't handle them now. Also hamburger helper. Part of it might be my mom cooked a lot of prepackaged foods and I cook mostly from scratch now. Oh eggs, I literally can't stomach eggs, they make me sick for days after I eat one.

My goal for December is to continue exercising every weekday morning and to do at least 5-10 minutes of yoga after I get home to stretch my muscles out so I don't get so sore.

So last week I gained weight but guess what happened this morning? I was working with weights during my exercise class and I could see the muscle definition in my arms!!! While yes this challenge is about the scale sometimes even if we don't lose on the scale we can win elsewhere!

Thanks, There should be plenty of sun. It gets as much as my last garden did. Thats my plan to make sure I fertilize the garden well this spring and fall. We have chickens and my in laws raise beef so no shortage of manure here, just have to get it in the garden.

I started 3 months ago. If your gym has classes and they fit your schedule I would give them a shot. My gym does 5:15am classes and they are a good mix of cardio and strength so I just set my alarm and go every morning. My gym has a turkey burn class that morning so I will burn quite a few calories before I eat but other wise I just plan on eating whatever I feel like. ( hello second slice of chocolate pie.)

Just wanted to check in and say hi!! After giving my shoulder a few weeks off it is feeling much better and I'm back to going to classes every weekday. I'm sticking to lighter weights for now but pushing myself cardio wise. Thanks for thinking of me!

Did my early morning hour long hiit and hardcore class. It should be called hardcore hiit with the energizer bunny. 😂 Always a killer workout and we used weights and did tons of squats today after doing pump with lots of squats yesterday. Needless to say my booty hurts and stairs are not my friends today.

I noticed you said you have wild fire smoke near you. Has it gotten worse recently? I always get an itchy yucky throat when there are wildfires near me and it can come and go as the wind's change where the smoke is blowing.
